110 - Question of the USSR Prosecutor's Office. 

To approve the next draft directive of the Council of People's Commissars of the USSR and the Central Committee of the All-Union Communist Party (Bolsheviks) to the People's Commissars of Internal Affairs of the Union and Autonomous Republics, the heads of the regional and regional directorates of the NKVD, the prosecutors of the territories, regions, autonomous and union republics, the prosecutors of the military districts, railway and water transport, the chairmen of the Supreme Court of the USSR , the supreme courts of the union and autonomous republics, the Military Collegium of the USSR Supreme Court, the chairmen of the tribunals of the military districts.

Secretaries of the Central Committee of the National Communist Parties, regional committees, regional committees, (see appendix).

The strictest order is:

1. To suspend from November 16 this year, pending order, the consideration of all cases in troikas, in military tribunals and in the Military Collegium of the USSR Supreme Court, directed to their consideration in the manner of special orders or in another, simplified procedure.

2. To oblige the prosecutors of military districts, territories, regions, autonomous and union republics to monitor accurate and immediate execution. Report to the NKVD of the USSR and the Prosecutor of the USSR about the execution.
