In 1942, a collection of wartime decrees, and orders was issued to help the Soviet and party activists. The 1942 collection included materials published during the war before August 1, 1942. Changes in the wartime legislation necessitated the publication of a new collection, which is a continuation of the first. This collection includes all the most important decrees, decisions and orders of wartime issued from August 1, 1942 to January 1, 1944. The collection was compiled by employees of the Legal Sector of the General Department of the Executive Committee of the Leningrad City Council, vols. E. Prudinsky, S. Vilensky and A.
