Information leaflet. Part 1

UKRAINIANS!

Our age-old dream is coming true. The Ukrainian western lands have been liberated from the bloody enemy - the Bolshevik gangs, and are awakening for a new independent life. In the capital of Western Ukraine, the city of Lvov, Ukrainian flags and the flags of the victorious allied German army flutter.

On the waves of the air, for the first time, a free, unfettered Ukrainian word sounds. This is the transfer of the first Ukrainian nationalist radio station named after. Colonel Evgeny Konovalets in Lvov. On June 30, 1941, in the evening, twice on the air of the radio station, the Organization of Ukrainian Nationalists sounded an appeal to the Ukrainian people, and messages, and directives on the creation of Ukrainian government in Lviv and in the regions, on the formation of the Ukrainian People's Militia and the creation of its own army. The German speaker vividly described his impressions of the first day of his stay in Lviv and spontaneous manifestations of affection and brotherhood on the part of the Ukrainian population and its leading officials for the invincible allied German army and its leader Adolf Hitler. A number of Ukrainian and German songs were sung, which ended the event with the national anthem, the song "It's not time" and the exclamation "Glory to Ukraine!".

In fiery words, greetings were conveyed to the Guide of the Organization of Ukrainian Nationalists Stepan Bandera.

On the day of July 1, 1941 at 11 o'clock Ukrainian nationalist radio station named after. Colonel Yevhen Konovalets reported: on the turning point of the historical struggle of the Ukrainian nation, on June 30, 1941, the Legislative Assembly of the Western Ukrainian lands was held in Lviv at 20:00. The meeting proclaimed its task to lay the fundamental foundations of the new Ukrainian system.

Deputy Leader of the Organization of Ukrainian Nationalists Yaroslav Stetsko read out on behalf of the Ukrainian people, the Organization of Ukrainian Nationalists and its Leader Stepan Bandera the act of restoring Ukrainian conciliar statehood. The Constituent Assembly and the regional administration of the Western Ukrainian lands is a temporary Ukrainian government until the creation of the Government of the Ukrainian conciliar state in its historical capital Kyiv. The meeting took place in the native walls of the partnership "Prosvita". Ukrainian national ideals were forged there for many decades. Today, within these very walls, the most important act has been proclaimed - the manifestation of the Ukrainian nationwide will.

Afterwards Father Dr. Ivan Grinyokh, once a student chaplain, now a chaplain of Stepan Bandera's Ukrainian Nationalist Legion under the command of Roman Shukhevych, gave a speech. He, in a gray overcoat, conveyed the joy of the entire Ukrainian nation at a great moment for her on the threshold of a new life.

Decree part 1 of the Conductor of the Organization of Ukrainian Nationalists Stepan Bandera was read out on the appointment of Yaroslav Stetsko as the head of the Regional Administration 1 . The leader of the OUN, Stepan Bandera, expressed in writing a wish to the Ukrainian people on the path of further struggle. On the basis of Decree Part 1, the head of the Regional Administration, Yaroslav Stetsko, will convene the members of the Regional Administration.

Amid great enthusiasm, the first decisions in the affairs of the Ukrainian state were made. The regional legislative assembly ended with the singing of the Ukrainian anthem and "It's not time." Long ovations sounded in honor of the construction of a new Ukrainian reality, headed by the OUN conductor St. Bandera and in honor of the German leader Adolf Hitler, the German people and the German armed forces. They were represented by the highest officers of the German army 2 . A greeting was also conveyed to Metropolitan Kir. Andrey Sheptytsky. The representative of the German government, Dr. Koch, conveyed his regards to the Ukrainian authorities and the Ukrainian people.

The great historic day is already behind us. There are still difficult trials and struggles ahead of us. The Ukrainian nation is fighting shoulder to shoulder with the German people and the German army for a new order in the world. The German army is a friend and ally in the Ukrainian struggle. The Ukrainian armed forces are ready to cement the brotherhood in arms with the German ally with blood. This is expressed by a separate greeting - a declaration sent to the leader of Germany, Adolf Hitler, the German people and the victorious German army.
