What is the primary goal of US "peace talks" with Russia?

No Marxist Leninist who is capable of applying the dialectics of  Marxism would believe that the primary goal of this "meeting" (and possible following one(s)) is the "peace" in Ukraine.    

The transition of the administration from the Russophobia Neo-Cons to China-phobia one, expectedly and evidently did not bring about any serious changes in their delusional world outlook. 

Behind all those rhetoric, reading between the lines, they admit that Russia is winning the war, they cannot fight a war against Russia,  they cannot get any territorial concession from Russia, even if they agree to a peacekeeping force, they will not put any US soldiers on the ground. However, out of their "good will" and as the "world government" they want to achieve a "peace" in Ukraine. (Good luck with that) Is this really a "peace through strength" negotiations? One must be living in a fantasy world to believe in that rhetoric especially when all the "serious" Neo-Con thinktank advisers aside from the US military experts admits that US has no power to beat Russia or has any leverage to dictate any "peace".  

They have admitted the transformation of unipolar world to multi-polar world. Actually, listening and reading the statements, if we  unpack them;  in their mind, it is "bilateral" world; China vs USA.  

They still believe that they can drive a wedge between China and Russia, or at least they can put Russia in a neutral position through improving economic relations with Russia. 

So,  primary goal of these "negotiations" will focus on determining "how to peel Russia off China", and what kind of "concessions" should be given to Russia that can bring about such results. After all the deceptions and ongoing rhetoric about Russia, there is an old expression; "The monkey opened his eyes wide". Who knows may be Russia with thousands of miles border and with friendship going back hundreds of years , will believe in the US Neo-Cons and isolate itself from China!! . It is a great fantasy, but who knows!!

The second primary goal is the question of Iran. They would like to make sure Russia will not help Iran in case of an Israeli attack, and Russia will prevent Iran from acquiring nuclear weapon and they are ready to give concessions for it.  The nuclear weapon reduction is a hypocrisy which seeks time for themselves to prepare themselves to reach the Russian technology after the experience of Oreshnik missile.  Plus, they would like to de-nuclearize North Korea and need Russia's help..

Only the last matter of the agenda they have is related to Ukraine. They are looking for a "face saving exit" in return to the "concessions". In other words, they are not there to get "concessions" from Russia, but to offer "concessions "in order to achieve their China-phobia policy goals. 

Ukraine matter by itself is facing a dead-end since neither Ukraine nor some of the European countries will accept any peace deal with concessions. Do they know this? Yes, they perfectly aware of that, but because their targeted aim is not the peace in Ukraine  but to pull Russia on their side, they are using Ukraine issue as a great excuse. 

Here are some comments by Russian and Chinese authoritative persons;

Lavrov ; Moscow will not accept peacekeeping forces from NATO countries in Ukraine under any peace deal. "Any appearance by armed forces under some other flag does not change anything. It is of course completely unacceptable,"

Lavrov ; "I am unaware of a reported U.S. peace proposal for Ukraine that includes agreeing to a ceasefire, holding elections and signing a final peace deal." “I asked [U.S. Secretary of State Marco] Rubio and [White House National Security Adviser Mike] Waltz what this means — they told me it’s fake.”

Lavrov: ""If they (EU) are going to come up with some crafty ideas about freezing the conflict like this, and they themselves... have in mind the continuation of the war, then why invite them?"

Lavrov; " there could be no thought of territorial concessions to Ukraine"

Li Haidong, professor at China Foreign Affairs University ; ""We are glad to see dialogue between the US and Russia, and we support the political and diplomatic resolution of the Ukraine crisis. But we are also well aware that achieving results through one single dialogue is very difficult,"... " Ukraine crisis is merely a symptom of the broader issue of European security. If the US and Russia only discuss a ceasefire without addressing the root cause of the conflict - NATO's excessive dominance and expansion over Europe, the crisis could not be resolved."

"Despite that the stances of the US and Russia seem to be converging on the dealing of Ukraine crisis, if Ukraine and Europe do not accept it, such a consensus will not be able to materialize."

"It is one thing for the US and Russia to express a willingness to break the ice… however, over more than 30 years of post-Cold War history has shown us clearly that improving US-Russia relations is fraught with difficulties."

I strongly believe that the Ukraine issue is a dead-end as far as a "peace deal" is concerned. And so i believe that the "negotiations" mainly related to trapping Russia in to a position of "neutrality" on the matter of China. It is a pipedream. It will, at best, end as an act of "image-damage control"

This will not be the first time I hoped I was wrong, but I have to state what I believe to be correct based on the existing conditions and situations.

"negotiation", "peace deal" over Ukraine? 

Delusional expectations never ends for those who live in a fantasy world utterly detached from the concrete realities. 

West and Ukraine is under the illusion that having Ukraine military presence in Kursk will be a "leverage" , "an ace" for the "negotiations", for the "peace talks. " The current reality is that there will not be a "negotiation" or "peace talks" unless it is in direct connection with the "capitulation" of Ukraine (and West) and as a follow up of process of "capitulation".  Russia has no incentive to sit down for a "negotiation" and/or "peace talk" under the current concrete conditions. Either way, there is no possibility of a negotiation before Russia reaches each and every one of its set strategic goals to a high degree.

Kursk is not a "leverage" over Russia but a "hunting ground" for the Russians in where Ukrainians keep on sending new "hunts" ignoring the other significant fronts in the south and east. Russians have no reason to rush the hunt because it is a fatal distraction for Ukraine and opportunity for Russians to progress further and easier. 

It looks like, and highly likely that  Zelensky's delusion of "we are winning", will come to an end together with his own political or physical end.  

Similarly neither EU nor US has any leverage over Russia to dictate any "peace" or "negotiation". Thus, it is an illusion to speak of any peace deal before the "capitulation" of Ukraine. 

The fairy tale of North Koreans in Kursk concocted by South Korean Media -most likely in collaboration with Ukraine ended with the new claim that "North Korean soldiers no where to be seen".  They cannot be seen because they were never there for one and if they were, they wouldn't be caught alive. That is why there is no concrete evidence supplied by the South Korean media other than fabricated pictures, videos and phone conversations. Even Western Media at large did not repeat the fallacies of South Korea. 

The purpose of this fairy tale was to get US and West directly involve in the conflict. Irony is that the fairy tale came about untimely and unconvincing because the date of the fairy tale was months before the signing of agreement between Russia and North Korea. If it was after the signing of agreement, it could have been more convincing. That did not work because they already have western soldiers and fascist "death squad" members from Latin America, especially from Columbia fighting on the side of Ukraine and purposely and selectively being hunted by the Russians. 

Is there any North Korean soldiers in Russia? I was told by comrades from Donbass who are member of the MLDG that , although minimal, they are in Russia but way behind the front lines as "observers" in different fields .  What the future will bring about, we do not know. However, that does not change the fact that under current conditions Russians do not need any help for the conflict. 

All the provocations of the West and Ukraine to drag US into a direct conflict with Russia so far did not work. That lies in the fact that under current conditions, US cannot win any war against Russia or even against Iran. This fact has been repeatedly confirmed by the US and British military experts. 

It is very hard for the proponents of " unipolar world order - ultra imperialism" to swallow the fact that we are in a new, multi-polar world order structure.  They will be in denial for a long time to come.  They will continue living in a fantasy world till the bitter cold of the truth hits their face.
